Description.

The tool provides a step-wise approach to demonstrate and assess additionality for AFOLU project activities.  New and revised SOCIALCARBON methodologies may reference and required the use of the tool to demonstrate additionality of AFOLU project activities.

This tool is adapted from the CDM Tool for the demonstration and assessment of additionality in A/R CDM project activities.
